How It Works

Your Production Order / Job planning, routing, scheduling processes and resources are mapped into MS Project.
Processing conditions and constraints are configured into MS Project or coded into the MS Project software modules.
The new jobs or orders to be scheduled can be made available in Excel CSV file or can be exported from your ERP or CRM.
If Raw material availability information is available in your Inventory system then that can be integrated with MS Project.
Then this customized Add-in module processes the Current schedule and New jobs and generates a revised Current plan within few minutes.
The above Batch processing can be performed at any time interval ( i.e. hourly , daily, weekly etc.)
The Planner / Scheduler need to verify revised Current Plan. He can make final correction in the Revised plan.
