MSP-Alert, this Add-in software of MS Project, helps you to send email alert / Notifications from MS Project schedule to your project stakeholders including customer / supplier and remind or keep them posted about task's status.

Provision to trigger email alerts automatically (i.e. after closing the MS Project schedule) or manually (after clicking Icon on a menu).
Two alerts are provided. ‘Upcoming Tasks’ and ‘Overdue Tasks’ as shown below.
Alert is consolidated, meaning that all relevant tasks are consolidated in a table. No separate email for each task which floods the Inbox.
The user, mentioned in ‘To’ field will get to see the Tasks which are assigned to him.
Email notification can be sent to your customer, supplier or associates who are outside of your organization.
Columns of the table shown in the email are configurable.
Provision to configure frequency of Alert. i.e. after x number of days.
Provision to add email addresses in cc and bcc fields for a Team member.
Works with any version of MS Project and Outlook.
